Lower Stress and Have Fun Too

Most of us find that we have some form of stress on a daily basis. Some days more than others. Either it's the traffic to and from work, work related issues or issues in the home. Here are 3 easy ways to help relieve everyday stress. 1. Exercise-take a walk at lunch, after dinner with the family dog and or the family If you like to run take a before dinner run to release the tension of the day 2. Take up a hobby-Maybe playing a musically instrument, painting etc., knotting, crocheting, needlepoint, leaded glass, woodworking or even restoring a car. 3. Try coloring. Yes there are very fun adult coloring books. You can find them at craft stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby and Target to name a few. Thinking is Reality

Ever heard someone in self-help books say "be careful what you wish for"? Well they were right. What we think is energy and energy will create a reality. Be careful what you're thinking. If you're thinking that gosh you are so broke that you cannot pay your bills. Well guess what, You just told the universe you are broke and cannot pay your bills and you will broke and not able to pay your bills. Keep your thoughts positive. If you find yourself in a negative space take a walk outside or around the office. Anything to change your thought pattern. If you're speaking to someone who is continually in a down mood, tell them you need to get to work or need to get off of the phone. What they are doing is projecting their negative thoughts on to you, then they feel great where as you are feeling not so good. Give this a try and keep yourself thinking positively. You will find you are less stressed and tired, and if you eat when you're stressed you may even see the scale moving downward. Good luck and if you want some help give us a call. Did you know that doing something so easy could have such an effect on our health? Grounding, or earthing, refers to connecting electrically with the Earth. A growing body of research is finding numerous health benefits as a result of the physical body being grounded. The simplest way to be grounded is to go outside and place your bare feet or hands on some grass or earth, or to immerse yourself in a body of conductive water such as the sea or a mineral-rich lake. Easy, Healthy Tips to Lose Inches!

It seems everyone is looking to lose a few pounds. Most of us have no clue really how to do it and keep it off. I don't like the word "Diet" so I say I am making a life change. Here are a couple of tips that helped me lose pounds easily and keep them off. Do talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program or weight loss program. 1. Park you car at the end of the parking lot instead of by the door. Sounds dumb but those extra steps help. Take a nightly walk with your partner. Take the kids and the dog along as a family. 2. Use a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps per day 3. If you eat out try eating only half of your meal and take the rest home for dinner or lunch the next day. 4. Drink water or if you prefer bubbles drink sparkling water without sugar. It is really refreshing. 5. Take up a hobby. Ladies-knitting or crocheting helps me to keep my hands busy and I donate blankets that I make to the local shelter at the holidays. Guys-woodworking, puzzles or gardening. You can make cool toys or pictures even enlist the kids to help or fix up the yard maybe even take the place of the gardener. Good way to get rid of the days stress.

AT 97 and still utilizing the Power of Energy Self-Healing

My name is Joyce and I will be 97 March 6. Having never been hospitalized for anything, I have enjoyed great health, until a recent unexpected fall during lunch with my girlfriends resulted in a broken hip. Given my age, this could have been a daunting prognosis, but what followed was nothing short of phenomenal.
I underwent hip replacement surgery without complications, required only Tylenol (not because I was in pain, but as a precaution for blood clots), and spent just three weeks in rehab and able to return home within weeks of major surgery at an age where most would expect a long and arduous recovery. I can do just about all I did before including dressing myself, using the restroom unassisted.
My story is not just inspiring, it’s a living testament to the power of AIM. It demonstrates what is possible when the body is energetically supported at the deepest levels. While I may need some assistance, My rapid recovery, resilience, and overall well-being speak volumes about the profound impact of AIM in facilitating self-healing beyond what many would believe possible.
I feel my journey serves as a beacon of hope for anyone seeking to unlock their own healing potential through the AIM Program. This is more than just a story, it’s a phenomenal reminder that self-healing is real, achievable, and within reach for those who choose to embrace it.
