I first commenced the Sacrament of Energetic Balancing through The AIM Program on the 12th of December 2003. I hadn't been feeling my vibrant self for about a year, and was present to feelings of daily tiredness, constantly overwhelmed by my commitments and responsibilities, loss of confidence, fitness and belief in myself. My weight had crept up by 10 kg compounding feelings of inadequacy and emotional lows. Life was feeling like I was on a down hill slide while desperately pushing up-hill at the same time.

The first six months on The AIM Program I experienced more tiredness and slept a lot more than I had for years. I have a history of four to five hours sleep a night. I saw this as a correcting crisis and persevered, renewing my program for 12 months.

Now my experience of life is energetic, a sense of strong management in my work and personal life. I am committed to a rigorous exercise program, which has been in place for eight months now, and I love the whole experience of fitness. I have taken on two new businesses in addition to my existing work and am able to think clearly under acute work pressures and family breakdowns (two teenagers in the house). I am more able to openly express my love to friends and family and am a lot more demonstrable.

I am able to maintain integrity with self and others due to an increase in consciousness and proactivity in all areas of my life. My body is stronger and feels younger, even better than I can ever remember. Thank you EMC². I am so grateful for the opportunity of the benefits of energetic healing.
