• Discussions of energetic imbalances may reference certain frequencies an imbalance may be similar to. A frequency is NOT the actual disease.
• Newly revealed imbalances added to the AIM database.
• Over 300 newly revealed frequencies in 2016 - we all had some, but certainly not all of them. This finds us all closer to the bottom of our unique, individual imbalance barrel.
• As Stephen always told us, whatever discomfort we might feel healing an imbalance is minimal compared to what might be felt if not self-healed and then fully manifested.
• Clarification of previous discussion regarding eye issues/surgeries + structural issues, including something called "secondary cataracts" which are not uncommon.
• Reminder of the importance of a multi-faceted self-care tool kit, including eye doctors.
• Please assure any renewals or new applications are at the EMC2 office by 12/21 to assure processing before the Christmas break, Office will re-open on January 3, 2017.
• Remember the value of our resources, including your Facilitator and their web site, including the AIM Q&A section, where lots of questions are addressed, including what happens to life force if someone transitions while on AIM.

Newly Revealed Frequency Update
As of December 15, 2016
This week there were Eleven new frequencies revealed to us.
The first new frequency Hereditary 1394 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 8, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Jaw, Mouth, Throat, Brain and Eyes or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Worry.
The second new frequency Hereditary 1395 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 12, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Brain, Immune System, Tympanic Cavity, Ears and Cervical Spine or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Insecurity.
The third new frequency Hereditary 1396 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 12, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Skin, Kidneys, Bladder and Urinary Tract or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Impatience.
The fourth new frequency Hereditary 1401 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 12, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Skin, Immune System, Central Nervous System, Throat and Heart or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Anxiety.
The fifth new frequency Hereditary 1402 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 12, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Lymph Glands, Male Reproductive System and Salivary Glands or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Disappointment.
The sixth new frequency Hereditary 1403 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 13, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Brain, Cervical Vertebrae and Immune System or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Apprehension.
The seventh new frequency Hereditary 1404 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 13, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Heart, Kidneys, Bladder and Urinary Tract or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Dissatisfaction.
The eighth new frequency Hereditary 1405 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 13, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Lymph Glands and Breast Tissue or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Dissatisfaction.
The ninth new frequency Hereditary 1406 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 14, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Lungs, Respiratory System, Immune System and Spine
or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Depression.
The tenth new frequency Hereditary 1411 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 14, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Throat, Sinuses, Brain, Blood Stream, Respiratory System and Lungs or wherever it is in you if you have it.
Unresolved Emotional Etiologic Frequency: Over Aggressiveness.
The eleventh new frequency Hereditary 1412 was revealed to us and added to the AIM Program on December 14, 2016. This frequency is believed to function within the energetic orbs of the Blood Stream, Immune System, Brain and Spine or wherever it is in you if you have it.

I have always had the mind set that "everything will be ok", and really its always been true. I've always been ok. Through my divorce, my son's diagnosis of autism, my step-father's death, a car accident, surgery on my back and loosing my job, I stayed strong and I was ok. Except...
I decided I wanted to be alone. I would come home from work & watch TV in my pajamas every night. I would only eat once a day (and didn't take any vitamins). My back was so stiff every morning that I had to stretch for 20 minutes just to be able to walk. After 9 hours of sleep at night I was still so tired that I'd have a triple espresso every morning. I've always been very laid-back, but it got to the extreme that I would let people walk all over me just to avoid confrontation.
I started The AIM Program. It took a few months for me to realize everything that had been right in front of me for quite some time.
Now, for the first time in my life, I have a job that I actually, truly enjoy! I realized that money is not everything. Being happy is more important. I have learned how to budget. I can sleep 7 hours at night and I feel fine. I can get right out of bed with minimal stretching. I still like espresso, so I switched to decaf and I enjoy it with the morning sun. I stand up for myself now too! I enjoy spending time with my friends. I got my son into a better school. I eat regular meals (and take my vitamins). I am now engaged to a wonderful man. I feel very blessed to have all that I have, and to do all that I do. Everything is more than OK now, its great!
